Yes, our trailers are equipped with the following:

• Utensils, knives, spatula, Etc. 
• 4 Plates, 4 Bowls, 4 Cups, 2 Coffee Mugs
• Pot/Pan
• Coffee Pot ( Keurig)
• Cutting Board
• Toaster
• RV Toilet Paper
• RV tank treatment packs
• Two  Towels,  two wash rags, 1 hand towel
• Queen size linens for the main bed

The refrigerator, heater, A/C, generator, awing, TV, radio, microwave, stove, etc. are convivence items. If any malfunction please call and we will troubleshoot and try to resolve, however if any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you.  Please call immediately so that we can try to make the rest of your stay comfortable.  

We require a two (2) night minimum on  all campers, and at least two days before the departure date for a confirmed reservation.

A $500.00 refundable security deposit is required for each trailer rental. Our larger RV campers might have a $750.00 deposit.  The deposit covers the cost in the unfortunate event there is damage done to the inside or outside of the trailer during the rental period. 

YES, We are Pet Friendly, We ask that your pets be potty trained.  If any damage occurs due to urine, furniture chewed or cushions damaged, the repair will come out of the deposit.  We recommend you add the interior damage protection insurance that is offer at check out.

We are not against mud parks or trail rides,  but we want to ensure that the park/ open field area has higher ground areas for the camper.   Unfortunately, we will not approve the rental if severe weather is expected during that rental period due to the higher chance of the camper and truck getting stuck. 

We deliver up to 80 miles at $3.50 a mile, and anything from 81 to 100 miles is $4.00.
